We continually strive to bridge the gap between nature and science. We merge the knowledge with which we have been inspired by our visionaries, including the famous medical doctors and naturopaths Hippocrates and Samuel Hahnemann, with modern technology and potent plant and marine compounds.

At the core of our philosophy is the belief that nature’s potent compounds, in particular those from the marine environment, can be improved through enhanced delivery mechanisms only available through scientific engineering. Sponges, a type of filter-feeder and a „plant animal“ according to Aristotle, represent the oldest metazoan phylum and a predominant biomass in the ocean, and the crux of KliniPharm’s research and development efforts.

Although very rich in bioactive substances, marine sponges have had limited medicinal use because they are difficult to harvest and their bioactive ingredients were previously not exploitable. Through teamwork and ingenuity, we have created a technology platform to capture the essence of nature’s compounds and create novel products that help our patients live life to its fullest, enhancing beauty and improving health.
